Advance Adapters New SM-465 Short Transfer Case Adapter  (P/N 50-4703) - $475
At 7/8" in length, this adapter kit is the shortest on the market providing a combined transmission and adapter length of on 12 7/8".  

This adapter is machined from a Blanchard ground steel plate for either the small or large hole Dana-18 and Dana-20 Transfer Cases.  The adapter provides multiple transfer case mounting patterns to allow you to clock your transfer case at 20, 33 or 40 degree intervals.  These clocking options allow you to fine-tune your conversion and maximize the clearnace between the transmission and the adpater.  To provide the shortest adapter length on the market we had to manufacture a new SM465 main shaft.  This new shaft fits 6 spline drive gears only.
Rebuilt T-98 transmission - $1,000 (Jeep Truck) or $1,250 (Jeep CJ)

The T-98 was used in Jeep trucks and CJs as a special option.  T-98 transmissions for Jeep trucks are $1,000, while the T-98 transmissions for the 4-cylinder Jeep CJ are $1,250.    T-98 transmissions are completely rebuilt and come with the adapter for a Dana-18 or Dana-20 transfer case.  Please call with the required front input shaft length when ordering.

Rebuilt T-18 transmission - $1,100

The T-18 was an option for Jeep CJs from 1955 to 1970.  T-18 transmissions are completely rebuilt and come with the adapter for a Dana-18 or Dana-20 transfer case.  T-18 transmissions have a front input shaft length of 6 5/8".

Ford T&C 4-Speed Overdrive Transmission - $950

This transmission is adaptable to the V-6 bell-housing with a special adapter as well as a direct bolt to 304 and 258 (4 liter) Jeep engines with the appropriate bell-housing replacement if needed.

Ford RTS Truck style 4 speed OD transmission - $1,150

This transmission is called an RTS.  The RTS transmission is an alternative replacement as a heavy duty transmission with overdrive for D-18 and D-20 transfer cases. It can be used in conjunction with a PTO (WARN) style OD as well. When used this way, the RTS gives a 43% increase in speed and a 43% reduction in RPM.

It is a heavy duty transmission originally installed in Ford pickups and Ford Broncos. It has an aluminum case with an aluminum shift tower with a cane shifter.

The RTS has large heavy duty bearings, is completely rebuilt and comes with an adapter for a D-18 or a D-20 transfer case.

This transmission is a good replacement for the T-14 transmission behind a V-6. This application requires a special adapter and pilot bushing to bolt to the GM bellhousing which is available separately.

The RTS is also a direct replacement for the T-150 transmission ('76-'80 CJ's) that bolts direct to the 258 6 cylinder(4 liter) and 304 V-8 with the D-20 transfer case.

The RTS is also adaptable the the '72-'75 258 6 cylinder and 304 V-8 with the changing of the bellhousing with the D-20 transfer case.

Transfer Cases

All D-18 transfer cases are completely rebuilt with new gaskets, seals, all bearings, felts, snap rings, thrust washers, self locking nuts on output shafts, ball pivot for clutch linkage, and pivot shaft for shift handles:

Rebuilt 26 tooth D-18 t/f case 1 1/8" intermediate shaft, dual stick, no levers, no e-brake - $300.00

Rebuilt 27 tooth D-18 t/f case 3/4" intermediate shaft, dual stick, no levers, no e-brake - $350.00

Rebuilt 29 tooth D-18 t/f case 1 1/4" intermediate shaft, small hole, no levers, no e-brake - $ 325.00

Rebuilt 29 tooth D-18 t/f case 1 1/4" intermediate shaft, large hole, no levers, no e-brake - $350.00

Rebuilt Tera-Low D-18 t/f case, 1 1/4" D-20 case, case is ground out to allow clearance for the Tera-low gear set. The t/f case comes complete with a new Tera-low gear set installed in a D-20 case set up for a D-18 application. This is a 3.15-1 gear ratio. The main shaft gear is included with the t/f case - $1000.00

A special gear for replacement of the barrel gear in a Warn, Saturn or ATV Overdrive is also available.

For overdrive applications, the special barrel gear is an additional $295.00

Emergency Parking Brake Assemblies

MB style

This parking brake assembly is available on an exchange basis only at this time. This assembly includes a reconditioned drum and a reconditioned brake band with new lining-------------------$ 65.00

M38A1 style

This parking brake assembly is available on an exchange basis only at this time. This assembly includes a reconditioned drum with new lining on the two shoes and arced to fit the drum for 100% contact and maximum stopping power------------------- $ 65.00

M38, CJ-2A, CJ-3A, CJ-3B, CJ-5, & CJ-6 style

This parking brake assembly is available outright or on an exchange basis. If you have cores or parts thereof, I would appreciate these to keep these kits available for others. This assembly includes reconditioned shoes that are arced to match the turned drum for 100% shoe contact and mounted to a reconditioned backing plate fully assembled.

This assembly does not include the actuating arm but all other hardware--------------------$ 75.00

All Emergency Parking Brake Assemblies have a $40 core charge.

All parts available for transfer-case mounted parking brakes.  The brake assembly includes a turned drum, new bonded shoes and backing plate components for $75 exchange or $115 outright.  The new shoes are arced for 100% contact with the drum surface.  Call for a price on cable, handle or other components.
